Bio
Hans Kempf, a lifelong Michigander with a passion for community-building, is the visionary founder of Ladder House. After a successful career in the corporate chemical industry, Hans felt called to make a more personal, hands-on impact in people’s lives. Driven by a desire to create something that truly matters, he transitioned to establish Ladder House, a place where homes are built with purpose and care.
Ladder House reflects Hans’s commitment to empowering individuals through education and hands-on training in the trades. He is dedicated to eventually supporting people through skill-building and access to the opportunities they need to uplift themselves, build fulfilling careers, and gain independence. Through Ladder House, Hans has created a supportive, empowering community where individuals find hope, dignity, and a path to self-sufficiency.
